Product Promotion: Educate clients on micro-loans, savings, and insurance, matching products to their financial needs.
Sales & Targets: Drive sales, achieve weekly/monthly targets, and manage territory growth.
Application Processing: Assist with form filling, document collection (KYC), credit checks, and data entry.
Loan Management: Oversee disbursement, manage loan portfolios, collect installments, and follow up on dues.
Field Operations: Conduct village feasibility studies, visit potential customers, and deposit collected funds.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal processes.
