About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Talent Acquisition Executive
to join the HR team at
Policybazaar
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
end-to-end recruitment
and be comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements across different functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other relevant channels
.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and business stakeholders.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closure of candidates.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Maintain accurate recruitment




MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Meet defined
hiring timelines and recruitment targets
.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
.
Hands-on experience in
end-to-end recruitment
.
Positive working knowledge of
Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals
.
Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers is preferred.
