About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) to work on a part time basis for our financial services company. The candidate will be responsible for managing corporate secretarial, statutory and regulatory compliances and providing compliance support to management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle ROC/MCA filings and compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
Manage Board Meetings, AGM/EGM notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions.
Maintain statutory registers, records and corporate documents.
Handle annual filings, Director KYC/DIN and other statutory compliances.
Ensure compliance with applicable Secretarial Standards and corporate governance requirements.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, legal consultants and regulatory authorities.
Monitor applicable RBI, FEMA and SEBI compliances, wherever relevant.
Keep management updated regarding changes in applicable laws and regulations.
Provide guidance on corporate and secretarial matters as required.

Candidate Requirements
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with active ICSI membership.




3–5 years of relevant post-qualification skilled experience.
Articleship, internship and training period will NOT be counted towards the required experience.
Experience in Financial Services, BFSI, NBFC, Banking or related sectors preferred.
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, ROC/MCA and corporate compliance.
Positive communication, drafting and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage compliance responsibilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
