Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to handle enquiries, communicate with potential clients, explain visa and overseas job opportunities, and convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and respond to incoming enquiries from potential clients.
Understand clients’ requirements and provide suitable visa/work opportunities.
Explain visa processes, eligibility, documentation, fees, and timelines clearly.
Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of client enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build good relationships with prospective clients and provide professional assistance.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the visa processing team to ensure smooth client handling.




Handle client questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Stay updated about the company’s visa services, job prospects, and ongoing campaigns.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Communication skills in English and Malayalam; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or visa consultancy is preferred.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
