Catalyst Education is currently recruiting for a BDM role in Calicut, with responsibilities focused on business growth, student admissions, revenue generation and market expansion. (Indeed)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and admission targets.
Generate new business opportunities through B2C and B2B channels.
Lead, motivate and monitor the sales/admission team.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, institutions and business partners.
Drive student enrolments and improve lead-to-admission conversion.
Monitor sales KPIs, team performance and revenue targets.
Handle important leads and support the team in closing admissions.
Conduct market research and identify new growth prospects.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with Marketing, Academic and Operations teams.





Requirements
Any Bachelor's Degree; MBA/Sales qualification is an advantage.
2+ years of experience in EdTech, education sales, B2B/B2C sales or business development.
Proven experience in achieving sales/revenue targets.
Team-handling experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Robust Malayalam and English communication.
Positive knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
Highly target-oriented with strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
