Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose

The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, HR documentation, employee queries, and coordination with various departments. The role will ensure smooth and compliant execution of HR processes and provide effective employee support.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage day-to-day HR operational activities and employee lifecycle processes.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and separation processes.
Maintain accurate and updated employee personnel files and HR records.
Ensure timely completion of joining and exit formalities.
Issue HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, experience, relieving, and other employment-related letters.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor employee attendance, late coming, absenteeism, and leave records.
Coordinate with HODs for attendance regularization and leave approvals.
Maintain accurate leave records in the HRMS.




Follow up on unauthorized absence and support the HR team in handling absenteeism cases.
HRMS / Management
Maintain employee master data in the HRMS.
Update employee information related to joining, transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and exits.
Generate HR reports and MIS as required.
Coordinate with employees and departments for HRMS-related issues.
Employee Engagement & Support
Address routine employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, perks, and documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Support grievance handling and ensure timely escalation of employee concerns.
Maintain skilled and confidential handling of employee information.
Payroll Coordination
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll inputs.
Validate attendance, leave, deductions, current joiners, exits, and other payroll-related information.
