Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with robust experience in B2B IT Sales / Software Sales / SaaS Sales to drive business development for Stretus, an AI-powered algorithmic trading platform.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, generating qualified leads, understanding business requirements, presenting the right technology solution, and managing the sales process from initial outreach to closure.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with CXOs, founders, business heads, product heads, technology leaders, and other decision-makers and should have a strong understanding of consultative B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential B2B clients across FinTech, brokerage, financial services, trading platforms, investment platforms, and technology businesses.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email,



outbound calling, networking, referrals, industry research, and other relevant channels.
Identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful business conversations.
Understand client requirements, business challenges, and technology needs.
Present Stretus as a relevant technology solution based on the prospect's business requirements.
Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and client meetings.
Coordinate product demonstrations with internal technical/product teams whenever required.
Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial discussions, and solution overviews.
Manage the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation → Qualification → Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
