IT Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations.
Administer and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, routers, switches, and Internet/ISP connectivity.
Ensure reliable, secure, and effective network and system availability across the organization.
Manage IT assets, hardware inventory, procurement, software licenses, renewals, and vendor coordination.
Plan and manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of desktops, laptops, workstations, networking equipment, and related IT infrastructure.
Manage IT requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding, including system setup, access management, asset allocation, and recovery.
Oversee and support IT helpdesk activities, troubleshooting hardware, software,



network, and user-related issues.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware, software, networking, Internet connectivity, maintenance, and other IT services.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, licenses, network configurations, systems, processes, and operational procedures.
Support and maintain high-performance and GPU-based workstations, particularly for engineering, CAD/BIM, and 3D software environments.
Guide and coordinate the activities of a small IT infrastructure/support team and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
Identify infrastructure improvements and recommend practical solutions to improve reliability, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For
8–10 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Network Administration, or System Administration.
