We are urgently looking for a
dedicated, detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Finance Manager
for our operations in Tanzania. The ideal candidate should have
5–10 years of hands-on experience
in core accounting, banking, audit, cash handling and financial management.

Candidates with
previous Africa experience
will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Handle bookkeeping and accounting entries.
Prepare and maintain general ledgers, journals and vouchers.
Perform regular
bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
.
Handle cash management and cash transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Finalisation of Books of Accounts
, including review of ledgers, provisions, accruals, depreciation and other year-end adjustments.
Prepare and finalize
Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.




Handle banking transactions and coordinate with banks.
Monitor cash flow, expenses and financial transactions.
Prepare financial and management reports.
Ensure proper documentation and accounting controls.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and company policies.
Support management with financial analysis and accounting-related matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter
or equivalent qualification.
Minimum
5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
