About the Role

Navrang Realty is hiring a
Real Estate Sales Manager
to drive residential and commercial property sales, manage sales teams, develop client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Generate and convert property sales leads through calls, references, networking and channel partners.
Handle client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations and deal closures.
Build relationships with clients, investors, brokers and channel partners.
Train and mentor sales executives to improve conversions.
Drive business through robust networking and channel-partner relationships.
Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams for smooth sales operations.
Ensure timely follow-ups, bookings, documentation and payment collections.




Monitor Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate trends, projects, pricing and competitor activity.

Candidate Requirements
1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
; Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR experience preferred.
Proven experience in property sales and deal closures.
Experience in
residential and/or commercial real estate sales
.
Solid team-handling and leadership skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication and client-handling abilities.
Strong knowledge of real estate projects and local market.
Experience working with brokers/channel partners will be an advantage.
Target-driven, confident and self-motivated.
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
