Position: Training Manager – Human Resources

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / General Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Training & Development
Plan, organize, and conduct training programs for employees across all hotel departments.
Identify training needs based on departmental requirements, performance gaps, guest feedback, and operational standards.




Develop and implement annual and monthly training calendars.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for current employees.
Ensure employees receive proper training on hotel policies, SOPs, service standards, and workplace procedures.
Departmental Training
Coordinate with HODs to identify department-specific training requirements.
Conduct or facilitate training related to guest service, communication, grooming, hospitality standards, and operational procedures.
Arrange cross-training programs to enhance employee versatility and operational knowledge.
Ensure departmental training is completed within the scheduled timelines.
Employee Development
Identify employees with potential for growth opportunities and recommend suitable development programs.
Support succession planning and prepare employees for higher responsibilities.
Develop individual training and development plans wherever required.
