Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Search for suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Review and screen resumes to identify relevant candidates.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and post job openings on relevant platforms.
Assist recruiters with daily recruitment activities.
Maintain accurate records of candidate status and interview feedback.




Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Positive sourcing and networking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
