Role Description
The Asst Manager/Manager – HR role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kota, Rajasthan. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. The position is responsible for implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, overseeing performance management, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role also includes handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and promoting a positive and inclusive culture. The HR qualified will collaborate with leadership and department heads to align human resource practices with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
Solid HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Experience in performance management, employee engagement,



and learning and development initiatives.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to the manufacturing or R&D; sector.
Proficiency in HR information systems and basic MS Office tools for documentation, reporting, and analytics.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain qualified ethics.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in an HR role at Assistant Manager/Manager level, preferably in chemicals, manufacturing, or research-driven organizations.
