Responsibilities

We’re looking for a
Full Stack Engineer
with strong backend expertise and a deep curiosity for building
AI-powered systems
that connect reasoning models, real-time data, and scalable infrastructure. You’ll work across the stack from backend architecture to AI orchestration to bring intelligent automation to life.
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs that power autonomous AI sales agents.




Integrate and orchestrate LLM pipelines using frameworks like
LangGraph
,
AutoGen
, or
LangChain
, ensuring reliability and observability.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy intelligent models into production settings with robust data pipelines.
Build clean, maintainable service architectures for real-time communication, lead enrichment, and workflow automation.
Work with the frontend team to expose APIs that enable AI-first, energetic user experiences.
Implement data persistence, caching, and asynchronous task systems to handle large-scale automation.
Contribute to system design decisions, scalability planning, and cloud infrastructure setup (AWS/GCP).
Write high-quality, testable, and modular code both backend and frontend.
Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across services.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
