Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end functional and QA testing for Salesforce applications, particularly within the banking domain.
Work extensively on Salesforce FSC implementations and applications.
Perform performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and application efficiency issues.
Conduct mobile application testing, including Salesforce mobile applications and Mobile Publisher.
Perform internet/web application testing across different scenarios and environments.
Develop and execute automated test scripts and frameworks where applicable.
Validate APIs, integrations and data flows between Salesforce and external systems.
Troubleshoot integration failures, inconsistent API behavior and performance-related issues.
Identify application performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with developers, architects, business teams and other stakeholders to resolve defects.
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, defect reports and testing documentation.
Support end-to-end testing cycles including SIT, regression,



integration and UAT.

Mandatory Skills
7+ years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing.
Strong Banking domain experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Robust experience in Functional Testing.
Strong experience in Performance & Load Testing.
Experience in Mobile Testing and web/internet application testing.
Experience with Automation Testing.
Robust understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Mobile Publisher.
Experience testing Salesforce mobile applications.
Solid understanding of API performance and integration optimization.
Experience working with enterprise banking applications and complex integrations.
Salesforce QA / testing certifications would be an added advantage.
