Job Description

Job Summary
Planning-focused QS role (70% Planning, 30% Billing) for residential projects. Responsible for project scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, recovery planning, management reporting and contractor RA bill checking.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Track daily and weekly project progress.
Prepare planned vs. actual progress reports and S-curves.
Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery schedules.
Prepare weekly/monthly management reports.
Coordinate manpower and material requirements.
Check contractor RA bills against work orders and measurements.
Verify quantities and maintain bill records.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of experience, including 2+ years in dedicated planning.
Residential high-rise or villa project experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of RCC/Mivan and finishing work sequencing.
Knowledge of RA billing and IS 1200 measurement practices.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
