About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, ensure smooth inventory management, and lead the store team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle inventory, stock receiving, storage, and stock movement.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Maintain proper records of inventory and store-related activities.
Supervise and guide store staff and allocate daily tasks.
Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and safety of the store.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams when required.
Handle stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.




Prepare regular reports related to stock and store operations.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management.
Valuable knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Robust organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle day-to-day operational issues.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory software is preferred.
Candidates who can conveniently commute to Ved Road, Surat will be preferred.
