Role & responsibilities
MAN related

a) Review Manpower distribution and out put of available manpower.

b) Monitor availability of stand by spares readiness for immediate replacement.

c) Attending Major breakdowns of shop

d) Improvement activities, Plan, modification to reduce down time.

e) Attending chronic issues reported by Production or QC or PE
Material related –

a) Procurement of material through quarterly, indenting, proposals etc.

b) Monitor material consumption within target range.

c) ensure stock availability of critical spares and long lead items.

d) PSV and stores house keeping , timely scrap removal

e) Ensure repairing of stand by equipments and spares ready.

Preferred candidate profile

Performing Maintenance activities related to PM /Break down of respective shift, Manpower distribution for all Maintenance activities, MIS preparation, Project work, Monitoring and maintaining KPI of department. Technical core Mechanical
