Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage enterprise LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, VPN and network connectivity.
Perform L1/L2/L3 troubleshooting for network incidents and service-impacting issues.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Routers & Switches, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACL, NAT, DHCP and DNS.
Work on routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP/VRRP.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Internet, MPLS, VPN and site-to-site connectivity issues.
Monitor network performance, availability, bandwidth utilization and critical alerts.
Perform configuration changes, device upgrades, backups, firmware upgrades and network migrations.
Troubleshoot network security and firewall-related connectivity issues.
Support enterprise wireless infrastructure, including Cisco/Aruba settings.
Perform incident, problem, change and escalation management as per defined processes.
Conduct RCA for recurring and critical network issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs, vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution.




Participate in network implementation, expansion, migration and infrastructure improvement projects.
Maintain accurate network documentation, topology diagrams and configuration records.
Support advanced networking technologies such as SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, DNAC, VRF and network segmentation where applicable.

Mandatory Skills
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, LAN/WAN and Enterprise Networking.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Routers & Switches.
Routing & Switching troubleshooting.
VLAN, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel, ACL, NAT, DHCP and DNS.
OSPF, BGP and/or EIGRP.
VPN, MPLS and Internet connectivity.
Firewall fundamentals and network security.
Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
