We’re looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with excellent communication skills who can also manage our Social Media Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer calls, enquiries & follow-ups

* Communicate professionally with customers

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other social media platforms

* Create and publish basic social media content

* Handle comments, messages & customer engagement

* Support online promotion and brand activities

Requirements:

* Prior experience in Telecalling / Customer Handling / Social Media Management

* Excellent verbal & written communication skills

* Valuable knowledge of social media platforms

* Confident, positive & customer-friendly personality

* Positive follow-up and interpersonal skills

* Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
