Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on
Event Management Executive
to independently plan and execute community events and lifestyle experiences at One Meraki.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute festivals, workshops, wellness sessions, sports activities and resident events.
Manage the annual event calendar in coordination with the Director.
Coordinate with vendors, artists, decorators, caterers and event partners.
Manage budgets, quotations, negotiations and vendor payments.
Coordinate with Resident Experience Manager, and Facility teams.




Handle event communication, invitations and schedules.
Conduct post-event feedback and prepare event reports.
Develop recent and engaging experiences aligned with One Meraki's luxury positioning.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
3–6 years of event planning and execution experience.
Experience in luxury hospitality, residential communities, lifestyle clubs or premium brands preferred.
Robust vendor management, negotiation and communication skills.
Fluent in
English, Hindi and Marathi
.
Creative, organized and comfortable working on weekends/public holidays when required.
