We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Google Ads, PPC campaign management, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing)
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign audits
Manage campaign budgets and improve key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
Create and test ad copies, keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
Set up and analyze conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Optimize landing pages and campaigns to improve lead quality




Stay updated with Google Ads updates, PPC trends, and new advertising strategies
Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams for better marketing results

Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC
Solid understanding of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, and Remarketing
Experience managing lead generation campaigns
Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio is a plus
Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
Google Ads Certification
Experience working with international clients
Knowledge of Meta Ads and basic SEO concepts
Understanding of AI-driven advertising trends and automation features in Google Ads
