We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a robust D2C employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified team members.

Responsibilities:
Internal structuring of the firm
HR compliance every month
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
Must have Experienced with Recruitment, Compliance and Query Management
Must have Excellent Communication Skills (ENGLISH)
Solid knowledge of Recruitment
Self Driven / Motivated




Good knowledge of MS Word / Excel DUTIES
Responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews
Help in making the recruitment process better
Building / improving employee agreements, NDAs,
Employees Salary Related Tasks
Dealing with employees regarding holidays or salaryrelated issues or any form of disputes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
