We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Travel Sales Professional with 3–5 years of experience in holiday sales. The ideal candidate understands customer needs, enjoys selling travel experiences, and thrives in a quick-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle travel enquiries from requirement understanding to booking closure
Create and present customized holiday proposals, itineraries, and quotations
Manage customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and consistently achieve sales targets
Upsell relevant travel products, experiences, upgrades, and ancillary services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals




Coordinate closely with Product, Contracting, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer data
Follow defined sales processes and reporting mechanisms
Stay updated on destination trends, airline offers, visa requirements, and travel regulations

Desired Candidate ProfileMust-Have Skills & Experience
Background in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field preferred
Experience in Travel / Holiday / FIT / GIT Sales
Strong destination and product knowledge, especially Middle East and Southeast Asia destinations
Positive understanding of holiday packages, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel experiences
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Robust customer service orientation with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
