Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Land Development Engineer with expertise in land subdivision, re-platting, site development, and residential lot planning.
The candidate should have experience working on US and/or Canadian projects and be familiar with interpreting local bylaws, zoning regulations, subdivision requirements, engineering standards, and municipal development guidelines across different jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate should be able to assess land-development feasibility, optimize lot layouts, prepare/review re-plat, roads, drainage, parking and subdivision plans as per the county demands and coordinate with surveyors and consultants, and support projects through permitting and local authority approvals. Should have a vast communication skills.
