About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented B2B Marketing Manager with experience in the academic publishing or scholarly communications space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, campaign execution, and market engagement across global audiences.

This role requires a solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, content-led campaigns, and stakeholder engagement within STEM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting global STEM audiences.

· Drive lead generation initiatives through digital campaigns, webinars, email marketing, and events.

· Collaborate with sales, editorial, product, and business teams to support pipeline growth.

· Create and manage marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, and landing pages.

· Develop content strategies focused on scholarly publishing, research communication, AI, and STEM-related solutions.

· Manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads,



email platforms, and other digital channels.

· Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and identify optimization opportunities.

· Support branding and positioning initiatives for global markets.

· Conduct competitor and market research within the STM/STEM industry.

· Coordinate participation in conferences, webinars, and industry events.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Prior experience in STEM, STM publishing, scholarly communications, research services, EdTech, or academic industry preferred
Solid understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast
