About Us

Exotic Wood Zone is an e-commerce company specializing in unique and premium wood products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to join our team and help maintain accurate product, inventory, order, and business data across our systems.

Job Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
Add and update product information, including product names, dimensions, specifications, pricing, and inventory.
Maintain and organize Excel/Google Sheets and other company records.
Upload and update product information on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
Check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or incorrect information.
Assist with inventory and product data management.
Maintain proper records of orders, shipments, and other business information.




Perform regular data verification and quality checks.
Coordinate with other team members to collect and update required information.
Follow company procedures for data entry and record keeping.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, E-commerce, Administration, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon is preferred.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Solid attention to detail.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Candidates should be comfortable working with large amounts of product and inventory data.
