Leadership
Leading two teams across functions like
PI Planning
Production support
Enhancements
Fresh development
Assisting teams on their day to day work by
Highlighting issues they may come across for the work they are taking
Being able to define the infra and other asks for upcoming features and coordinating with TPM to raise exchanges
Working closely with PMT to identify upcoming work
Tech
Being able to review code, groom the team technically
Identify and maintain tech debt
