Role Overview:

The Senior Sales Executive – Franchise Sales will be responsible for driving franchise expansion across the Hyderabad region by managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to franchise closure. The role requires a highly energetic and target-oriented qualified who can engage with prospective franchise partners, build strong relationships, and contribute towards regional business growth.

The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new franchise partners and support the initial stages of center setup and launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Franchise Sales & Business Development
Handle end-to-end franchise sales process from lead generation to closure
Identify and connect with potential franchise investors and business partners
Conduct business presentations, discovery meetings, and follow-ups with prospects
Explain brand positioning, business model, ROI,



and operational processes to prospective partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets
Maintain a solid sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups for higher conversions
Lead Management & Conversion
Manage inbound and outbound franchise leads efficiently
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-generated leads and regional activities
Track lead status, conversion stages, and client interactions through CRM systems
Ensure timely response and consistent engagement with all prospects
Regional Market Expansion
Develop strategies to expand brand presence across Hyderabad and nearby regions
Conduct local market research and identify high-potential locations for expansion
Participate in franchise exhibitions, business networking events, seminars, and promotional activities
Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with franchise partners
