Location: Mohali, Punjab
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented IT Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, acquire recent clients, promote IT services, and support business growth.
The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a basic understanding of website development, software, mobile applications, digital marketing, SaaS, ERP, CRM, SEO, and other IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, references, and online platforms.
Identify potential clients and understand their business and technology requirements.
Promote and sell website development, software, mobile apps, ERP, CRM, SaaS, digital marketing, SEO, and IT services.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and service demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals,
and commercial offers.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into customers.
Maintain daily sales activities, lead status, and follow-up reports.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with technical, digital marketing, and project teams to understand and deliver client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Research competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
Support online and offline marketing campaigns and business development activities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of IT products and services.
Good presentation and convincing abilities.
Solid follow-up and client relationship-management skills.
Knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and sales tools.
Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
