Position Title: Dealer Sales Executive (DSE) – SCV Cargo

Job Purpose
Generate leads, drive retail sales, and secure customer bookings for the Tata Motors Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) Cargo portfolio within the assigned districts of , , and .
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales: Conduct daily market visits to transport hubs, mandis, markets, and rural pockets to identify potential buyers.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly vehicle booking and retail delivery targets.
Customer Demos: Explain vehicle USPs, load capacity, and mileage advantages, and arrange test drives.
Finance Assistance: Help customers with loan documentation and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for quick approval.
Relationship Building: Maintain continuous contact with local drivers, fleet operators, and traders for referrals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in field sales (Automobile, Loans, Insurance, or FMCG preferred).
Experience Advantage: Prior experience in Commercial Vehicle (CV) sales is highly preferred and will be a major advantage.
Skills: Solid negotiation skills, fluency in local languages, and local geographical knowledge of the assigned districts.
Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
