Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to routing, switching, and SDWAN.
Design and implement network architectures using VLANs, WAN links, and other networking technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex network problems.
Develop documentation for network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Ensure network security by implementing access controls and monitoring system logs.

Job Requirements :
Experience in network engineering, preferably as a Network Support Engineer.
Knowledge of routing protocols, switching concepts, and SDWAN technology.
Familiarity with network design principles and implementation methodologies.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Valuable communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, with a maximum of 8 years of experience.
