About the Job Role:

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Captains/ Service Staff to join our café team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and support daily café operations.

Specific Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Assist customers with menu choices and answer questions about ingredients and specials
Handle billing, payments, and POS systems responsibly
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations
Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties




Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Team Player, good at people skills
Must be passionate about coffee/food
