About the Role:

We are looking for a curious and analytical Data Analyst & Generative AI Intern to support data-driven decision-making and explore the application of Generative AI in business and HR processes. The intern will work on data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, automation, and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and business insights.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business/HR data.
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards using MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar tools.
Assist in automating repetitive reporting and data-processing activities.
Explore and implement Generative AI tools for business process improvement and productivity enhancement.
Develop effective prompts for AI tools and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
Assist in creating AI-based solutions for reporting, documentation, data interpretation, and workflow automation.




Work with different teams to understand business requirements and convert them into data/AI-driven solutions.
Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation.
Prepare presentations and communicate analytical findings in a transparent and concise manner.
Stay updated on emerging trends in Data Analytics, Generative AI, automation, and AI-powered productivity tools.

Required Skills:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, and data visualization.
Basic knowledge of Power BI or any business intelligence tool is preferred.
Understanding of data cleaning, analysis, and visualization concepts.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of prompt engineering is an advantage.
