The Construction Safety Engineer Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety practices across construction sites. The role ensures compliance with statutory safety regulations, minimizes risks, and promotes a secure working workplace for workers and staff engaged in residential, Commercial and redevelopment projects.

Key Responsibilities
Implement site safety policies and procedures in line with company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance.
Monitor and enforce the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Support toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions for workers and staff.
Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation (incidents, near-miss, audits).
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and supervisors to ensure safety compliance.
Assist in accident/incident investigations and prepare preliminary reports.




Ensure proper signage, barricading, and safety measures at all active sites.
Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, excavation, scaffolding, and lifting operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and government regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Certification in Industrial Safety / Construction Safety preferred.
35 years of experience in construction site safety monitoring.
Knowledge of statutory safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Robust observation, reporting, and documentation skills.
Ability to conduct safety training and awareness sessions.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
