Key Responsibilities:
Editing & Post-Production
Edit short-form content with speed, precision, and creativity.
Use quick cuts, punchy pacing, sound effects, transitions, meme formats,



and kinetic text to keep content engaging.
Edit UGC-style videos, talking-head videos, product demos, POVs, testimonials, and lifestyle clips.
Optimize visuals for high retention, thumb-stop rate, and platform best practices.
Social Media Trend Expertise
Track Instagram trends daily — audio trends, visual styles, transitions, text animations, formats.
Quickly adapt trends into brand-friendly content ideas.
Maintain a library of trending audios, hooks, visual references, and editing styles.
Meta Ads Editing
Create high-performing ad creatives tailored for Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram).
Understand ad structure, scroll-stopping first-second hooks, CTA placements, and storytelling for conversions.
Deliver variations for A/B testing (hooks, lengths, overlays, text, formats).
Edit ads that are optimized for performance, watch time, and click-through rates.
