About the Role

Humble Bee is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Data Operations Intern to support our finance, accounts, operations and business-process activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large volumes of data, Excel/Google Sheets and digital systems, with a robust focus on accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

This role will provide hands-on exposure to finance operations, data management, reconciliations, MIS, documentation, compliance and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry and data management across finance and operational records.
Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets-based MIS and trackers.
Assist in data cleaning, validation, reconciliation and error identification.
Analyse financial and operational data and highlight discrepancies, trends and exceptions.
Assist in preparation of daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Support accounts and finance teams in invoice,



expense, vendor and customer data reconciliation.
Assist with maintaining compliance and documentation trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify and organise required information.
Support review of attendance, payroll-related data, reimbursements and other operational records.
Assist in preparing management reports, presentations and analytical summaries.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and business records.
Perform other analytical and finance-operations assignments as required.

Required Skills
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Good understanding of data entry, data validation and reconciliation.
Robust numerical and analytical ability.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
