Seeking experienced Senior Civil Engineers to independently lead execution of civil and structural projects in Pune. The role carries full ownership of site delivery, cost, quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring and handover
Project scheduling,budgeting, BOQ preparation and cost control
Contractor/vendor management and billing verification
Quality control, site safety and statutory/regulatory compliance
Drawing and structural design review; coordination with consultants
Team leadership, mentoring and MIS reporting to management
Candidate Requirements
B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
1015 years of relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure development or project management.
AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, STAAD Pro; sound knowledge of IS codes
Proven experience handling projects independently
Experience in institutional, educational, commercial or similar large-scale projects will be an advantage.
Robust leadership, negotiation and communication skills
