About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and proactive Supervisor to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, employee coordination, discipline, attendance, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily work activities.
Coordinate with employees and different departments.
Allocate work as instructed by management.
Maintain attendance and daily work records.
Monitor work progress and provide regular updates.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and workplace requirements.
Ensure company rules and procedures are properly followed.
Handle basic reporting and record-maintenance activities.

Key Skills




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel.
Valuable coordination and employee-management skills.
Solid observation and problem-solving ability.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile

10th / 12th Pass candidates can apply
B.Com / BBA graduates preferred
