US STAFFING RECRUITER

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid 4 Days Onsite

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

We are hiring US Staffing Recruiters and Senior US Staffing Recruiters to join our growing team.

Experience Required
US Staffing experience is mandatory
Experience working with both Direct Clients and MSP-driven Clients
Immediate joiners and candidates with short notice periods preferred

Key Responsibilities & Skills
Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels
Solid understanding of the US staffing process and recruitment lifecycle
Managing recruitment requirements from sourcing through placement
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
Solid communication, ownership, and follow-through




Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment

Salary
