Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Inspector to monitor product quality on the production line and ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects, and supporting quality improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspection of automotive components/products.
Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and quality concerns.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge for inspection activities.
Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
Segregate and control non-conforming products.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.




Follow inspection plans, quality procedures, and work instructions.
Support implementation of 5S, safety, and quality management systems.
Participate in quality improvement and corrective action activities.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of quality inspection processes.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Understanding of defect identification and quality standards.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum ITI (Mechanical/Fitter/Turner/Machinist or related trade). Diploma holders may also apply.

Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate's competency, experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
