Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales of automated stack parking solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing project sales activities to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through field visits and client meetings
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors
Understand client requirements and present suitable parking solutions
Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution
Track market trends and competitor activities
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Maintain regular reports on customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements
1 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or B2B Sales
Robust communication and negotiation skills




Experience in handling client meetings and field visits
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Construction, engineering, industrial products, elevator, HVAC, or building materials sales experience will be an added advantage
Willingness to travel for business development activities
