Job Summary

Aura Bloom Solutions is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing and screening skills, hands-on experience with recruitment portals, and the ability to manage hiring targets and turnaround times effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.
Shortlist and submit relevant profiles to clients.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the offer-to-joining process and ensure successful closures.




Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Prepare and submit daily and periodic recruitment reports.
Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and defined TATs.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong experience in sourcing and candidate screening.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
Experience in volume hiring and/or lateral hiring.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Target-oriented approach with the ability to work within defined TATs.
Valuable follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
