Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process, including tender identification, documentation, submission, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with government and private tenders and have strong documentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant government, PSU, corporate, and private tenders.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial requirements.
Prepare and compile tender documents as per prescribed formats and deadlines.
Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, legal, and management teams for tender submissions.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents, EMD/BG documentation, declarations,



undertakings, and other required paperwork.
Handle online tender submissions through relevant e-tendering portals.
Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain a tender submission tracker.
Monitor tender corrigenda, amendments, pre-bid meetings, and clarifications.
Coordinate for queries and obtain necessary approvals before submission.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, contracts, and related documents.
Follow up on tender status, opening results, negotiations, and purchase orders/work orders.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all tender-related information.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of the tendering and bidding process.
Experience with government/PSU e-tender portals is preferred.
Strong MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Solid attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
