Regional Manager Academics & Support- Female Candidates with Preschool Experience Preferred

The Regional Manager Academics & Support will oversee academic quality and operational support across preschools in the region.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and monitor academic curriculum and programmes across assigned centres.

* Guide preschool staff on instructional and teaching best practices.

* Ensure adherence to academic standards and processes.

* Conduct regular centre visits and review classroom performance.

* Analyse academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvements.

* Recommend improvements in teaching and learning processes.

* Coordinate training programmes for teachers and support staff.

* Address academic and operational concerns raised by centres.





* Collaborate with central teams to implement current academic initiatives.

* Maintain solid communication with school/centre leaders.

* Provide timely feedback and ensure consistent, high-quality preschool experiences across all assigned centres.

* Handle and manage regional teams effectively.

* Travel frequently across the region for centre visits and reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

A robust education professional with experience managing multiple preschool/K5 centres, academic teams and regional academic operations, with the ability to drive curriculum implementation, teacher capability, classroom quality and consistent academic standards across centres
