Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned client accounts in the IT staffing business
Able to generate recent clients as well
Regular client visits and relationship management with key stakeholders
Generate hiring requirements from existing clients on a daily/ongoing basis
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for requirement closure
Handle multiple client POCs and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders
Manage invoicing coordination and account-level billing follow-ups
Maintain robust client engagement and identify account growth prospects
