About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, passionate about sales, and comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Connect with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiations to closing and client onboarding.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client information using CRM tools.
Track sales performance and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.




Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client conversations.
Willingness to travel within Malappuram and nearby areas for client meetings.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
