Role & responsibilities
Coordinate MEP shop drawing preparation, review, and approval cycles & BOQ Preparation
Identify and resolve clashes between MEP services and architectural/structural elements
Track approval status (R1/R2/R3 rounds) for HVAC, electrical, fire/PA, plumbing packages, Medical and escalate bottlenecks
Liaise with vendors/contractors on technical queries and specification compliance
Support BOQ/tender teams with technical clarifications on MEP scope
Maintain an approval tracker across all open MEP packages on assigned project(s)

Preferred candidate profile
5 years of experience in MEP design coordination & estimations, preferably on hospital/healthcare or large institutional projects
Strong understanding of MEP discipline (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire/life safety) with working knowledge of the others




Comfortable reading and marking up GA/shop drawings (AutoCAD exposure preferred)
Experience managing multi-round drawing approval cycles with consultants
Explicit written and verbal coordination skills will interface with consultants, vendors, and site teams
Prior hospital/healthcare project experience is a robust plus
B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) or Diploma with solid MEP design coordination background
