Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR / Recruitment Executive – Fresher to support our HR operations, IT recruitment, and resource augmentation activities.
The candidate will work closely with the HR and technical teams to understand manpower requirements, identify suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment pipelines, and support the deployment of resources for client/project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Understand job requirements from technical and business teams.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment networks.
Screen resumes based on required skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
Coordinate technical and HR interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support offer negotiation and joining formalities.
Maintain a pipeline of candidates for frequently required technology skills.
Resource Augmentation
Understand client/project manpower requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams to identify required resources.
Source suitable IT specialists based on technology, experience, availability, and project requirements.
Maintain an available resource / talent pool.
Track resource availability, notice period, joining date, and deployment status.
Coordinate candidate profiles with clients or internal project teams.
Schedule client interviews and follow up on feedback.
Support onboarding and deployment of selected resources.
Maintain resource augmentation reports and status trackers.
