The Senior Recruiter leads the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, managing full-cycle recruitment for specialized and high-priority roles. This role collaborates directly with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs, build proactive talent pipelines, and optimize recruitment operations.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, targeted candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, compensation negotiation, and offer generation.
Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to understand workforce requirements, refine job criteria, and establish realistic hiring timelines.
Utilize creative sourcing methods—including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, job boards, and passive outreach—to attract top-tier talent.




Develop proactive talent pipelines for recurring or specialized skill sets while enhancing employer branding initiatives across career pages and job channels.
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hiring data to streamline the candidate experience, track key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), and improve team workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience: 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
